The SAM® Wrist Splint, our 9 inch splint, also uses the same simple principles for use as the 36 inch splint.
It is great for children and is often used as an IV board.
Many professionals in the physical therapy field are finding applications for the SAMĀ® Wrist Splint because of it simplicity and reusability.
We don't have any current photos of the 9-inch splint, we've included these illustrations of the 36-inch being used in wrist applications so you can see the basic principles of its use.
The 9 inch SAMĀ® Splint

With a little imagination, you can picture the size being, of course, one-fourth of the 36-inch SAM® Splint, or one-half of the 18-inch SAM® Splint.
It can be used on adults as a wrist splint or IV Board. Depending on the size of the child, it can be used on an arm or leg.
